The Doctors and Nurses themselves are great however, are extremely let down by their receptionists! Who are either rude or just not helpful. I feel they are working in an extremely sensitive environment however, this is not reflected in their customer service skills which are lacking to say the least!

Symptoms dismissed and told to come back another day as doctor Mansour didn't have time to do an examination today! I have tried to get another appointment and I have to wait a whole week.
